• We reserve the right to request advance payment or booking confirmation.

• Prices may vary depending on service type, distance, and timing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip to avoid charges.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Arrive at the pickup point on time.

• Behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.

• Follow all safety instructions while onboard.

• Not engage in illegal activities during transport.

5. Our Responsibilities

We will:

• Provide safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles.

• Ensure drivers are licensed, trained, and professional.

• Strive to operate on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic jams, accidents, weather conditions).

• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Passengers travel at their own risk, and we recommend securing personal travel insurance if necessary.

7. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property
